Charlie Toledo, Executive Director since 1992. Since becoming director, Charlie has restructured the Suscol Intertribal Council to become one of the local regional, statewide, and international leaders around issues of Human Rights for Indigenous peoples.
Charlie continues to inspire, consult and mediate on various Boards, committees, commissions, projects and programs for the benefit of Human Rights issues globally and locally through the organization.

Sal facilitates classes at Suscol Council and co-presents, along with Director, Charlie Toledo, the Native American Historical & Traditional Healing workshop series. He also travels to school classrooms and community organizations to conduct educational outreach, working to educate others on his traditional ways. Madonna Feather-Cruz

Madonna Feather -Cruz is a registered member of the Round Valley Indian Tribe - Round Valley, California and a third-generation member of Suscol Intertribal Council.
Her grandmother, Norma Knight and her mother, Denise Feather were some of the original founders of Suscol Indian Council. She has participated in activities and programs since childhood. She now serves on many boards in California Indian Country.
She brings her exuberance and cultural background to the goals of SITC and to the collective benefit of California tribes and tribal Organizations.
